How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship out 1-2 days after you have made your purchase! Once they are shipped out, the postal service usually takes about 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that custom Tsurikawas are made to order and take at least 72 hours to make and dry.

All clothing products are refundable for any reason. There is a 20-day free return period. If you need to return your piece of clothing, please email hrtbrknclub@gmail.com. Please return all items in original packaging and in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, including being free of smells, stains, makeup, tears, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Returns are completed with a full refund back to the original form of payment.

All non-clothing products are non-refundable. All my products are hand-made, they take me a while to make. I make sure all products are shipped in perfect condition.

Are my packages tracked?

Orders that are a certain weight and size will automatically receive tracked packaging. For example, clothing, bigger decals/banners, Tsurikawas, and accessories. If it is a smaller order, such as a smaller decal, it will come in an envelope with a stamp, which cannot be tracked. However, the decals are always protected so they do not get ruined in the envelope. Either way, you will get a shipping confirmation!

Who is the owner?

My name is Adrianna. The car on the site is my car, which I am building in memory of my dad that passed in 2020. I would like to include that a percentage of proceeds gets donated to the Purple Heart Foundation since my dad obtained a Purple Heart.

I encourage everyone to show empathy towards others and themselves. I am very much an advocate for being "different". I also believe it is important to be able to express yourself freely and in a healthy way. I strive to bring a message of self-love and self-awareness to all those who come into my life.
